Web Design for the Hamptons

Hamptons customers judge a business by its website before they ever walk in. We build hand-coded sites that hold up to that scrutiny — from $599, by a developer who grew up out here.

The East End Is a Different Market

A Hamptons business doesn't compete the way a strip-mall business does. Your customers are design-literate — they spend their days around good architecture, good restaurants, and good branding, and they can smell a $50 template in half a second. If your website looks like a default theme, it quietly tells them you're not at their level, and they book the competitor whose site feels considered.

The second East End reality is the season. Restaurants, charters, event services, parking operations, landscapers, rental businesses — most of the money moves between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Your site has to be live, fast, and converting before Memorial Day weekend, and it has to handle the July traffic spike without falling over. That's exactly what we built for Southampton Golf Parking: a seasonal, booking-focused site for a Southampton business whose entire revenue window is tied to event weeks.

We understand this market because it's home. SparkPlug's founder Jake DelPrete grew up in Westhampton Beach (WHB class of 2017) and still lives and works on the East End. When you say "we're slammed from the Fourth through Labor Day" or "our clientele expects a certain look," you don't have to explain what that means.

Hamptons Web Design FAQ

Can you launch before Memorial Day?

If you come to us by early spring, yes — starter sites launch in 1–2 weeks, and even booking builds fit inside a month. Every East End season we plan launches backwards from Memorial Day weekend, because that's when the site has to start earning.

Our business is seasonal. Do we still need a site year-round?

Yes — the off-season is when next summer's customers research and book. A hand-coded site costs nothing to keep online (no platform subscription), so your winter web presence isn't a monthly bill for a closed business.

What does a Hamptons-quality site cost?

Less than you'd guess. Hand-coded starter sites begin at $599 one-time — the polish comes from craft, not from a five-figure agency retainer. Booking systems and larger builds are quoted by scope on our pricing page.

Which towns do you cover?

All of the East End: Westhampton Beach, Quogue, Hampton Bays, Southampton, Water Mill, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Amagansett, Montauk — plus Riverhead and the North Fork. We keep a dedicated page for Southampton web design too.
