TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Services

SparkPlug Content LLC ("SparkPlug," "we," "us") provides digital marketing services including social media management, paid advertising management, website design, and related creative services. The scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are defined in the plan or proposal agreed to at signup.

2. Billing

Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. One-time setup fees are due at project start. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform and is separate from our management fees. Percentage-of-spend management fees are calculated on the prior month's ad spend, subject to the stated monthly minimum.

3. Client Assets & Ownership

Clients retain ownership of their brand assets, ad accounts, and business profiles, including Meta Business Manager assets and Google Ads accounts set up on their behalf. Content produced under an active plan is licensed to the client for business use upon payment.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a monthly plan with written notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid are non-refundable. One-time projects cancelled mid-engagement are billed for work completed.

5. No Guarantees

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, lead volumes, rankings, or revenue outcomes.
